This weekend was mostly spent by ourselves which was good time for me to catch up on some of the garden maintenance that has been ignored as of late. I was also able to harvest a little out of our garden despite our lack of summer this year.
My favorite "Patty Pan Squash" and "Ichiban" Eggplant |
The tomato's are so few but had this nice little pick of Italian Roma, Sun Gold Cherries and Chocolate Cherries. |
I think this will be the last of the blueberries this season, we had a great crop this year and are all frozen for this winter. |
And an updated photo showing how our giant pumpkin is progressing |
YOur harvest is beautiful! I especially love the little patty pans, they are like little spaceships! Grow pumpkin, grow!
ReplyDeleteI love the look of your potatoes, Doc. And everything else looks great, too.
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you had a fairly quiet weekend.
Have a great day!
Nice harvest Doc!! I haven't been successful with my squash this year. Either it was planted in a bad spot (crappy clay soil) or the moles dug the under roots. *sigh* Maybe next year! I'm growing Ichiban this year too! Yummy!
